You directly provide personal data when you:

Third-Party Sources
In limited circumstances, nace ph may receive personal data from third-party sources, including:

Section 04
4. Purposes for Which We Use Your Data
nace ph uses personal data only for legitimate, declared purposes. We do not use your data for undisclosed commercial purposes, and we do not sell it. The specific purposes for which we process your data are as follows:
- Account Registration and Management: Creating, maintaining, and administering your nace ph account, authenticating your identity at login, and managing your account settings and preferences.
- KYC and Age Verification: Verifying that you meet the mandatory 21+ age requirement and confirming your identity as required by Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering obligations.

- Security and Fraud Prevention: Detecting and preventing fraudulent accounts, bonus abuse, unauthorized access, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.
- Platform Improvement: Analyzing aggregated usage patterns to improve the platform experience, fix bugs, and develop new features. No individual player is identified in aggregated analysis.

Section 05
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, nace ph must have a lawful basis for each category of personal data processing. The applicable bases are:
- Consent: For marketing communications and the use of non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Contractual Necessity: For account registration, payment processing, game delivery, and customer support. Processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement between you and nace ph.
- Compliance with a Legal Obligation: For KYC verification, AML reporting, age verification, and regulatory compliance with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.
- Legitimate Interests: For platform security, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and aggregated analytics. nace ph's legitimate interests are balanced against your privacy rights and do not override them.
Section 06
6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure
nace ph does not sell, rent, or commercially disclose your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers and Processors
nace ph engages trusted third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under data processing agreements that require them to maintain equivalent data protection standards. These include:
- Payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, bank partners, card networks) — for transaction processing only.
- KYC and identity verification providers — for age and identity confirmation.
- Game software providers — limited technical data necessary for game delivery.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — who store platform data under strict security controls.
- Customer support platform providers — to manage live chat and email communications.
Regulatory and Legal Disclosure
nace ph may disclose personal data to Philippine government agencies, regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR and the AMLC), law enforcement, or courts where required by applicable law, a valid legal order, or to protect the legal rights of nace ph or its players.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of nace ph's assets, personal data held by nace ph may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same data protection obligations described in this policy. Affected players will be notified via registered email prior to any such transfer.
We do not sell your personal data. No nace ph player data is sold, licensed, or commercially shared with advertisers, data brokers, or unaffiliated third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.
Section 07
7. International Data Transfers
nace ph's primary data operations are based in the Philippines. Where personal data is processed by service providers operating in other countries — such as cloud infrastructure or game software providers — nace ph ensures that appropriate data transfer safeguards are in place, including contractual protections equivalent to those required under Philippine law.
nace ph does not transfer Philippine player data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without first implementing appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Section 08
8. Data Retention
nace ph retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:
- Account and KYC data: Retained for the duration of your active account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by Philippine AML and gaming regulations.

- Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each interaction.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your account or until consent is withdrawn, plus one (1) year thereafter.
- Technical and usage logs: Retained for a rolling period of twelve (12) months, unless required longer for security investigation purposes.
Data that is no longer required for any lawful purpose will be securely deleted or anonymized. Anonymized data (from which no individual can be identified) may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.
Section 09
9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
nace ph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, maintain your login session, and analyze platform usage. The following types of cookies are used:
Essential Cookies
These are strictly necessary for the platform to function. They maintain your login session, remember your account preferences, enable game loading, and protect the platform from cross-site request forgery. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without impairing platform functionality.
Analytics Cookies
These cookies help nace ph understand how players use the platform — which pages are visited most, how long sessions last, and where users encounter difficulties. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual players. You may opt out of analytics cookies via your account settings or browser controls.
Marketing and Preference Cookies
These cookies are used to personalize your experience — for example, remembering your preferred game category or language setting. Marketing cookies may be used to present relevant promotional offers. These cookies require your consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or, for account holders, through the Privacy Settings section of your nace ph account dashboard. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent the platform from functioning correctly.
Section 10
10. Your Data Subject Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, registered nace ph players have the following rights in respect of their personal data. These rights are subject to certain legal limitations and exemptions as provided for under RA 10173.
Right to Access
Request a copy of the personal data nace ph holds about you and information on how it is being processed.
Right to Rectification
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held in your nace ph account record.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations.
Right to Object
Object to processing of your personal data for marketing purposes or where processing is based on nace ph's legitimate interests.
Right to Restrict Processing
Request that nace ph restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while an accuracy dispute is being resolved.
Right to Data Portability
Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another data controller where technically feasible.
To exercise any of the above rights, contact nace ph's Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in Section 15. nace ph will respond to all data subject rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where a request is complex or involves multiple rights, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days with prior notification to you.
nace ph will not charge a fee for exercising your data subject rights unless the request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive — in which case a reasonable administrative fee may be applied, or the request may be declined with written explanation.
If you are dissatisfied with how nace ph handles your data subject rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
Section 11
11. Children's Privacy
nace ph is strictly for individuals 21 years of age and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the account registration and KYC process. If nace ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 without verified parental consent, that data will be deleted immediately and the account will be closed.
If you believe that a person under 21 has registered on nace ph or that personal data belonging to a minor has been collected by the platform, please contact nace ph's Data Protection Officer immediately at the contact details in Section 15.
Section 12
12. Data Security Measures
nace ph implements a comprehensive set of technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions between your device and nace ph servers.
- Encryption at rest for sensitive personal data and financial records stored on nace ph servers.
- Role-based access controls ensuring that only authorized personnel with a legitimate need can access specific categories of personal data.
- Multi-factor authentication for internal administrative access to systems holding personal data.
- Regular security audits and penetration testing by qualified independent cybersecurity professionals.
- Intrusion detection systems and real-time monitoring for anomalous access patterns.
- Data breach response procedures that ensure affected players and the National Privacy Commission are notified within 72 hours of a confirmed breach where legally required.
While nace ph maintains robust security infrastructure, no online system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and notifying nace ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Section 13
13. Third-Party Links
The nace ph platform may contain references to third-party services — for example, payment providers such as GCash or PayMaya. When you interact with third-party services, you leave the nace ph environment and your interaction is governed by that third party's own privacy policy and terms.
nace ph has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing personal information to it.
Section 14
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
nace ph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform features. Where changes are material, nace ph will notify registered players via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
The current version of this Privacy Policy, together with its effective date, is always available at naceph.co/privacy-policy. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to material changes, you may request account closure in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
This Privacy Policy was last reviewed and updated on January 1, 2026. It is current and accurately reflects nace ph's data practices as of that date.
Section 15
15. Contact & Data Protection Officer
